catch ‘n’ release: the day after

I feel like I was hit by a bus.

An outside-in backhand was coming down the line. Mike intercepted it and macked it out of bounds. Unfortunately, it caught an air current and proceeded to float right back in bounds.

So I ran and jumped in an attempt to to catch it or D it, anything to keep the offence from getting the disc. Unfortunately, as I was in mid-air, Mike went for his second attempt to D the disc while my mark, the large and solid Scott Underwood, went in as well.

I formed the meat in their bone-crushing sandwich.

This was immediately followed by me forming the icing on a dirt and grass cake.

(However, I did D the disc.)

I’ll do a proper wrap-up later. Too sore right now.
