		<description>Its grossly disrespectful to co-opt the civil rights movement to lend gravitas to what is essentially a philosophy of shiny, pretty things. Its adherents suspect that their obsessions are narcissistic and shallow, but try to elevate them by grafting on a superficially "enlightened" concern for weightier matters, as if liking iPods implies tolerance and respect for all people.</description>
