Seems that Scott, the manager at Blenz Coffee in Vancouver, was… a little heavy on the dickwadery side of the fence.
And it seems that Scott’s employees had quite enough of this aforementioned dickwadery.
And quit. All at once. And posted their resignation on the front door of the cafe. For the whole world to see.

I really like this. Something inspiring about their solidarity. Little things can change the world – or at list twerps like Scott one person at a time.
My new motto? If you don’t like it – quit. Well not quite, but you know what I mean…

It does give me a very warm feeling in my heart. Probably because I can imagine the glee that the (former-)employees felt doing it. >:-)
