She believes fervently that things can always be made better with cheese.
Even cheese.

Mmmm…….3 cheese and bacon everything. I can feel my ass growing just thinking about it. Vegans are crazy to give this stuff up.. usually thinner than I, but crazy (er).
Your wife is a culinary genius.
Wait a minute. Your post assumes the possibility that there are some people who don’t believe that everything is made better with cheese. I… I… whuh? How…? No. Tell me it isn’t true. There can’t be anyone like that.
Better with:
cheese - oh, definitely yes
Bacon - yep, that too
Chocolate - yes, for the most part
My mantra - everything is better with lemon - yes - can even make plain water more refreshing (cheese & water don’t mix well…) - very versatile sweet & savory. My husband still votes for bacon…
I just went to one of my favorite stores last weekend and bought a plethora of cheeses including huntsman, cotswold, gruyere, jarlsberg, gouda, chihuahua, leyden, sage derby, pecorino romano (WAY cheaper than parmesan regianno - though it was too late to worry about price at this point), gouda, le roule, saga blue, emmentaler, brie courlonne, garlic herb cheddar…
to misquote Kids in the Hall “F###ing fine cheese, mom” (people try to put me down just because fine cheese abounds…..)
I guess a lemon is always just a lemon, though I have not yet tried a Meyer (Myer? Maier? ???) lemon.
[TMI ALERT] Trip to vet involved blood, tears, and flying excrement. I SO wish I was exaggerating for comic effect. 1 day ago
Dear Internets: Hope all is well with you and the wife. Please refrain from talking about Batman movie for next four days. Sincerely, Jason. 2 days ago
They really shouldn't call it beef jerky. More like beef AWESOME-y. 5 days ago

Brian: See? She’s right. And it’s recursively delicious!
lightspring: You are right. Cheese does make bacon better.

Alison: Vegans are crazy. That special variety of cheeseless-crazy…
Suldog: I KNOW. It’s CRAZY.
g-dog: I’m a big fan of lemon. I am also a proponent of the pure goodness of hot sauce… but that’s a harder sell to everyone. Cheese is so universal.

That much cheese would break our grocery budget for the week.
And not help our digestion too much.
And yet, I’m still jealous…
